My name is Rheah Francis and I am a qualified educator with extensive experience in various areas of the beauty industry. With over twenty five years in the nail sector and nearly twenty years as a nail educator, there’s little I haven’t encountered. My journey includes roles such as a session manicurist at London Fashion Week, training celebrity nail techs, training the trainers at Clarins, and educating therapists and nail technicians at the Center Parcs Spa Aqua sauna.
The diversity of education and skill levels among staff can present unique challenges. As a former salon owner managing multiple team members, I understand the difficulties that come with balancing education and skill development while striving for a successful salon and profitability.
