About Our Training Academy
We provide two types of training; Online courses and In-salon education, both designed to fit around busy schedules while delivering knowledge that genuinely protects clients, technicians, and businesses.
Online Courses
Our online courses allow students to learn at their own pace while still receiving structured, professional guidance. Once enrolled, learners gain access to all course materials, including downloadable workbooks and resources. For those who prefer a physical copy, a professionally printed workbook can also be ordered and delivered for an additional fee.
Courses are available for a fixed 21 day access period, giving students ample time to complete the learning content and required quizzes. Upon successful completion, a certificate is issued, which can be downloaded instantly or sent directly. Ongoing support is available throughout the course, with clear contact options should any help be needed.
In Person Classes
For salons seeking hands-on education, we offer in-salon training sessions delivered directly on-site. These sessions can follow structured course outlines or be fully bespoke, depending on the needs of the salon and its team.
Bespoke training is tailored to each individual business. Prior to booking, salons are asked to complete a short enquiry form outlining their specific requirements, allowing us to design training that addresses the exact skills, safety needs, and experience levels of each technician. As not all team members require the same training, this approach ensures time is used efficiently and effectively.
To secure in-salon training dates, a deposit option is available, with full details provided during the booking process.
Structured Classes
Alongside bespoke training, we also offer standalone structured classes. These sessions include clear lesson agendas, kit options, pricing, and scheduled dates, making it easy to find a class that fits your needs. Some advanced lessons are reserved exclusively for in-salon bespoke training, ensuring the right learning environment for more specialised education.
